Service Capability

Electrical Load Monitoring & Capacity

Monitor once. Understand your site for years. Accurate electrical capacity assessment backed by live engineering data.

How much power do we actually use — and how much capacity do we have left?

Traditional load monitoring involves installing a temporary logger, collecting two weeks of data, writing a report, and leaving. We provide something much more useful: continuous intelligence that builds over weeks, months, and years.

EI Device hardware for load monitoring
Installation: Permanent load monitor retained on site, unlike short-term rented loggers.

Permanent Installation

We install a permanent DIN-rail device with cellular connection. Instead of capturing a brief two-week snapshot and leaving, the hardware remains on site to provide continuous intelligence.

EI Platform monitoring continuous phase measurements
Monitoring: Continuous phase, voltage, and maximum demand tracking.
02

Continuous Measurement

The platform continually analyses site load logging, phase balance, harmonics, and historical peaks. Data analytics and machine learning help identify usage patterns and forecast future demand from actual, long-term operating conditions.

Engineering Interpretation: Assessing capacity and changing conditions.

Engineer Interpreted Capacity

When considering adding another load, an EPA engineer interprets the site's capacity using platform data. A physical EI label at your main switchboard provides a QR code for instant, permission-controlled access to this live capacity data.
