How to get a new development connected to the NBN
Design and documentation of the NBN Pit & Pipe or Pathway network for the proposed development using the current assisted NBN drafting tools.
The Pit & Pipe or Pathway Design will comply with the current standards and guidelines including NBN-TE-CTO-194 (New Developments: Deployment of the NBN Conduit and Pit Networks) and NBN-TE-CTO-284 (Building Design Guide - New Developments).
We have allowed to liaise with the NBN representatives as required.
EV Charging Readiness Report from EPA
For the undertaking of the electrical consulting portion of the project we propose the following scope of works.
Report EV Ready - Section 7.03.02 Part F of the DCP:
A proficient Electrical Engineer will prepare a report that outlines the development's compliance with Section 7.03.02 Part F of the DCP in terms of EV readiness. This report will entail an accurate electrical plan, specifications for off-street car parking, and any necessary electric kiosk requirements.
We have not allowed for ASP3 Design.
