As electric vehicles become standard, strata committees, building managers and property owners face a fundamental question: how much charging infrastructure can we install without upgrading our electrical supply?

EPA provides the engineering assessment, and our EI Platform provides the ongoing intelligence to ensure your building's electrical network remains safe, compliant, and capable.

Provide MSB Information

Choose your pathway. Provide your Main Switchboard (MSB) information, and EPA will install and connect the EI device to continuously measure the building's real demand over time.

Engineering Assessment

EPA engineers evaluate the monitored data against engineering limits to calculate practical charging capacity and optimal load management timing.

Right to Charge Evidence

The owners corporation receives formal evidence to support its NSW Right to Charge response. This explicit engineering evaluation supports the approval process (note: this is not an automatic approval).
