Several local councils are now incorporating Electric Vehicle (EV) charging provisions into their Development Control Plans (DCPs), including Canada Bay, Cumberland, Lane Cove, Newcastle, Waverley, and Willoughby—with more councils expected to follow suit!
For the undertaking of the electrical consulting portion of the project we propose the following scope of works.
Scope of Works
A proficient Electrical Engineer will prepare a design and report that outlines the development's compliance with Council DCP, DA or CC in terms of EV readiness. This report will entail an accurate electrical plan, specifications for off-street car parking, and any necessary electric kiosk requirements.
